With our vertically-integrated structure and complete range of project services we are also able to offer tight controls on cost, stock and programming to provide quality work and value-for-money solutions across all projects.

Working within all national and local legislation, regulations and codes we will manage all building authority approvals and permits when required.  This includes working with local governments, councils and building authorities to obtain and manage development approvals, construction certificates, building permits and more.  We will also manage all mandatory inspections and reports as required.

We take a collaborative and hands-on approach to construction project management.  We combine this with our meticulous approach to health, safety, quality and the environment to ensure all our projects are completed to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

Our experienced teams closely monitor the programme and report regularly on the project’s progress.  Our project managers and other team members also engage in regular and robust consultation with clients and key stakeholders through scheduled Project Control Group meetings to ensure we are all working together toward the one goal

Due to the size of our operation we negotiate best buy rates with our suppliers and are also able to offer clients the option of global procurement.

We have the financial resources and storage area to purchase and hold up to 2000 tonnes of steel.  This not only ensures we have stock on hand, it also provides protection against price fluctuations.

Through our Global Procurement Team we can procure products from selected and proven overseas suppliers, resulting in more competitive steel prices and providing us with greater flexibility for supply and delivery. We continuously monitor quality, using a thorough process of internal and independent assessments.

We have many trusted and engaged employees across our various facilities and offices across Australia.  These range from Adelaide and the Barossa Valley, up to Gilgandra, Goombungee and Darwin, over to Perth and the Pilbara region, and many places in between. 

This means we are able to deploy work teams quickly and efficiently in order to save time and costs for our client.  

Our world-class steel fabrication plant, located at our head office at Kingsford South Australia, is home to Australia’s first automated Custom Engineered Building (CEB) plant, which is one of the most advanced of its kind in the world.

Our steel facility also includes a state-of-the-art automated shot blast and paintline system. As a result, our ability to fabricate and paint structural steel for buildings, bridges, mining projects and a host of other structures is second to none.

Our extensive range of plant and equipment enables us to complete a wide range of projects across Australia, on time and budget.

Our world-class steel fabrication plant, located at our head office at Kingsford South Australia, is equipped to handle large steel contracts to ISO 9001 quality standards. The fully enclosed facility is home to Australia’s first automated Custom Engineered Building (CEB) plant, which is one of the most advanced of its kind in the world.  It also includes a state-of-the-art automated shot blast and paintline system. We also have a number of other strategically-located workshops across Australia that are able to manufacture anything from aluminium and stainless steel sheetmetal through to heavy steel structures.

These locations are also responsible for managing the acquisition of major plant and equipment as well as its ongoing maintenance and safety and quality standards.

By owning our own extensive fleet of plant and equipment means we are prepared and perfectly situated to service a greater area, mobilise at short notice and meet the tightest deadlines.

We have many offices and warehouses strategically located across Australia to ensure we can service even the most remote areas.

We have the expertise to successfully deliver projects in any location – from complex inner-city footprints to remote outback regions. Our significant pool of in-house labour, trades, plant and equipment enable us to mobilise at short notice and meet the tightest deadlines.

We can deliver a range of lifecycle management services for physical and infrastructure assets –  including design, construction, commissioning, maintaining, repairing, upgrading and decommissioning.
