With our many offices and fully-equipped fabrication facilities strategically located across Australia, we are perfectly situated to service even the most remote areas, mobilise at short notice and meet the tightest deadlines.

Some of our key locations include:

Our world-class steel fabrication plant, located at our head office at Kingsford South Australia, is equipped to handle large steel contracts to ISO 9001 quality standards. It has the capacity to produce up to 240 tonnes of heavy structural steel per week, which we can be transported to any location throughout Australia.

The fully-enclosed 13,000-square-metre facility is home to Australia’s first automated Custom Engineered Building (CEB) plant, which is one of the most advanced of its kind in the world.

The facility also includes a state-of-the-art automated shot blast and paintline system. As a result, our ability to fabricate and paint structural steel for buildings, bridges, mining projects and a host of other structures is second to none.

This fully-equipped facility has a 600-square-metre machining workshop and a 1,300-square-metre light and heavy fabrication workshop. It has the capacity to provide a wide range of services including machining, milling, turning and honing; mobile line boring; structural steel fabrication; handrails, grating, pipework, platework, chutes, and ductwork; industrial blasting and coating; and mobile shutdowns, breakdowns and projects.

Our machining, general engineering and fabrication facility in the Barossa Valley provides machining, fabrication and site installation services.  This includes conveyor systems and hoppers; platforms, ladders and handrails; stainless steel pipe, tubework, switchboards and hoppers; aluminium manufacturing; tanks, filtration and separation plants; and general machining.

Our Goombungee facility consists of a 4,200-square-metre machining workshop and a 1,500-square-metre fabrication workshop. It provides a full range of machining and fabrication services, including general machining fabrication; structural steel and erection; pipework, platework and chutes; handrails and grating; industrial blasting and painting; and the maintenance and repair of mining equipment.

Our recently-expanded facility at Newman includes fabrication, machining, blast and paint and rubber lining capabilities, a mechanical workshop and building services.  It also includes a large array of equipment including metal working, metal inert gas (MIG) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, air carbon arc gouging, flux-cored arc welding, and various electrical tools for site shutdown operations.

Our Karratha workshop is located on 4000 square metres, including a 1000-square-metre workshop with a 10-tonne overhead crane.  It includes a large array of metal working equipment, incorporating the ability to work with stainless steel, aluminium and sheet metal.

We are also equipped for metal inert gas (MIG) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding, air carbon arc gouging, flux-cored arc welding, plasma cutting, pipe bending and pipe rolling, and stock a large amount of pipe, plate, sheetmetal, aluminium, angle, flatbar and various other steel.
