Shopping centre refurbishment
This project included a major renovation for the Karama Shopping Centre, including specialty shops, external signage and carparks as well as a $1.1 million refurbishment of the adjacent Karama Tavern. It also included a refurbishment for Woolworths as the keystone tenant.
The project was completed whilst the centre remained operational and all works were completed with minimal disruption to the public.
