Local businessman Col Turner, commissioned Ahrens to design and construct a Mitre 10 retail/trade outlet in Kingaroy.
The entire project was completed in under six months, with post-construction retail and trade sales proving the investment was well worthwhile.
The facility includes a 1,600m2 warehouse, a 1,900m2 retail area, with car parking taking up the rest of the 11,000m2 site.
