This project entailed the design and construction of encapsulation buildings for a quarry in remote New South Wales. The buildings comprised concrete walls at the lower levels plus fully-clad steel buildings complete with doors and conveyor openings. The buildings covered primary and secondary crushing, scalps, screening and train loading.
A key design aspect of this project was the integration of the conveyors through the walls of the building. This was incorporated to minimise noise and dust emissions on the site.
Experienced in working on remote sites with tight security and safety regulations, we carefully managed the programme and successfully integrated with all third-party contractors to deliver a quality result for the client.
