Orlando
Ahrens completed a refurbishment of an existing storage area for Orlando Wines in Rowland Flat. The refurbished two-storey facility is now a catering and ktichen facility. The project consisted of an area for staff to prepare their lunch, a cafeteria, a commercial catering, new amenities block, and office and meeting areas.

Aviation Australia
The Industrial and Commercial Aviation building was designed and constructed to house a training facility for Aviation Australia.

Joondana Investments
Allbuilt was contracted to refurbish an existing warehouse in colaboration with the owner. A cost analysis showed that it would have been more cost effective to demolish the building and re-construct, however the client chose to retain the structure built by his father.
All that was kept of the exisitng structure was the trussed portal frame. The refurbishment included cyclone coding the frame, re-laying the concrete slab, re-cladding the building and adding roller doors.
