We have developed a Quality Management System, based on the requirements of the Australian and International Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008, which provides a comprehensive framework for our quality systems and processes.

The Ahrens Quality Management System has been set up to:
• improve internal efficiency;
• boost customer confidence;
• increase staff morale and productivity;
• identify system problems;
• identify new ways to solve problems; and
• promote continuous improvement.

All work undertaken at Ahrens, in offices, workshops and on site, must be compliant with the Australian and International standard ISO 9001:2008.

Individual employees and management are required to work within the parameters of specific systems, procedures and processes.

We ensure our employees understand and comply with the Quality System policies, safe operating procedures and work instructions as they apply to their day-to-day functions.

Project Management Plans

As part of our comprehensive Quality Management System, we have developed Pre-planning and Project Management Plans for individual construction and engineering projects. This integrated approach to QHSE helps us to identify risk areas and to eliminate or manage these risks to ensure we are able to deliver excellent products and services on a consistent basis.

Continuous Improvement

At Ahrens, we are committed to continuously improving our products and services. By monitoring and objectively measuring our performance we are able to determine if there are any weaknesses or risk areas within our business. This enables us to direct additional capital or resources to these functions to effect immediate improvement.
