The milestone QLD project has led to build work for a three-bay hangar, capable of housing three Embraer E190 or Boeing 737 aircrafts. Works support Alliance Airlines’ growing fleet, with the airline relocating all of their maintenance work from overseas to Rockhampton
Ahrens scope of works supported a 12,550m2 footprint consisting of hangar offices, annex workshop stores, which will be serviced by an 80-space car park, plus 5,500m2 of landscaping and two airside access roads.
Our capabilities further included motorized hangar doors, which were designed in-house and a 325,000 litre fire sprinkler from Altanks.
