AHRENS WERE ENGAGED TO DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT AN OFFICE AND HANGAR FOR END USER CAREFLIGHT.
The project was completed in two stages; the first stage in 2017, and the second at the beginning of 2018.
The 3000m2 development included an office, 2000m2 open-span hangar without internal columns, as well as a car park and mezzanine level. As civil works for this project progressed during monsoonal weather, this presented a challenge, however this was overcome through careful coordination, scheduling and the extension of working hours.
Ahrens were able to exceed expectations, meeting the client brief and delivering the project even earlier than anticipated.
