Clare Valley Toyota

The Clare Valley Toyota redevelopment transformed an ageing dealership into a modern, purpose-built facility. Delivered over nine months from May 2024 to February 2025, the project included a new 600m2 showroom and 900m2 workshop, all constructed on the existing site. The scope also involved demolishing a two-storey office building and redesigning the carpark with retaining walls to maximise space for vehicle display and customer parking.

Built on a brownfields site, the team overcame several challenges, including the presence of underground tanks, the relocation of SAPN power infrastructure, and close proximity to residential properties. The result is a streamlined, state-of-the-art facility that consolidates sales and servicing into one location, replacing the client’s outdated building and offsite operations to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
