Ahrens was engaged to design and construct the facility in Pooraka for Ferrocut, a subsidiary business of Southern Steel Group.
D&C SA were deemed the ideal expert to help deliver the 7800m2Â warehouse, loading awnings and a two-storey 600m2Â administration building complete with offices, kitchen, bathrooms and lift access between the two floors.
Ahrens’ in-house capabilities also included the supply of 360 tonnes of steel fabrication, with the external hardstand and associated car parking completing the facility.
