Ahrens were engaged to design and construct the new supermarket building including a double-storey office space, cool room, freezer and storage area.
The project to upgrade the local communities facilities was worked on with the client who complete civil works and internal fit out. Ahrens completed footings, precast fabrication and installation, steel fabrication and erection, roofing and the external façade cladding supply and installation, concrete floors, as well as, freezer slabs, roller shutters, PA doors, and shop front glazing. Over the construction process Ahrens were able to help manage the workload and worked alongside the clients general and service works, showcasing our capability to work together and build upon strong relationships with the end client. The supermarket is a stand out for the Freeling community, and Ahrens is proud to have delivered an exceptional building for the community to enjoy for years to come.
