This design and construct project consisted of a bulky goods store for GIC Australia on a premier site east of Adelaide. Â The site became the home to stores such as the Good Guys, Freedom Furniture and Supercheap Auto.
The original brief required each tenancy to be fitted out to the end-user’s individual specifications. this varied from an open-plan fit out to a more complex interior that incorporated offices and amenities. The building’s eye-catching façade and extensive landscaping and car parking areas have helped attract a high level of activity in this key retail precinct.
