Gillman Industrial Estate Stage 1

Ahrens has completed Stage 1 of the Gillman Industrial Estate for Harmony Property Investments, delivering a 22,928 m² multi-use development comprising a medical centre, café and three warehouse offices. The project also included extensive hardstands, internal roadways, car parking and landscaping, creating a functional and well-connected industrial precinct.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the warehouses feature loading docks and high springing heights to accommodate a range of tenant requirements. As a Green Star development, the estate incorporates energy and water-efficient initiatives, including rainwater harvesting, reinforcing its position as a sustainable and adaptable industrial hub.
