AHRENS WAS THE FIRST CHOICE TO DELIVER THE NEWEST, MULTI-LEVEL CAR PARK FOR THE NORTHWEST HEALTHCARE PROPERTIES, MANAGED BY VITAL HEALTHCARE PROPERTY TRUST.
The client engaged Ahrens to deliver the new car park made up on 501 parking spaces spanning over six levels.
Ahrens completed the build along with the base build of the ground floor retail and commercial tenancies, and all associate external pavements. The second instalment of the development will now involve a specialist medical consultation building, with the third and final stage being the private hospital itself.
The project showcased our complete in-house capabilities, managing the project from initial concept through to the completed car park. This was a collaborative effort with our Ahrens steel manufacturing division that supply the steel materials for this project.
