Ahrens secured another project with repeat client, Sigma, in Tasmania with the design and construction of a 4,000m2 warehouse and office facility.
Complete fire system, full office fit-out, external hardstand, perimeter security fencing and all associated civil works. The facility will provide a central location for the distribution of Sigma Pharmaceuticals from the mainland for Hobart and Tasmania. This project is an excellent showcase of Ahrens’ project management skills and engages multiple divisions of Ahrens, with design and construction the main contractor, steel solutions providing the structural steel as well as, our water storage division providing all of the necessary fire tanks.
