The project team went above and beyond to complete this warehouse and office facility in four months as requested by the client.
This state-of-the-art 3,500m2 facilities scope of works for the warehouse and office space included civil earthworks of the bitumen carpark, concrete footings and slabs, structural steel fabrication and erection, cladding, precast, electrical, plumbing and mechanical services. The office fit out was inclusive of floor coverings, tiling’s, joinery, painting, aluminum windows, doors and glazing. The successful delivery of this project boiled down to the early planning and tireless effort of the Ahrens team.
