Toll NQX Logistics Facility

Undertaken for Toll, for developer Gibb Group, this full turn-key project included the design and construction of a warehouse and offices for a new QLD distribution centre. The 7,145m2 development provided a new depot and warehouse facility for NQX in Gracemere Industrial Estate and was an integral part of Toll’s NQX network of national facilities, replacing their existing depot. The facility services the central QLD area and cements Toll’s presence in the region.

The facility comprised of a 6,500m2 warehouse, truck and trailer parking, car parks and a 645m2 administration office attached to the warehouse. The external hardstand facilitated truck, trailer and forklift repetitions and the site was designed to cater for the use of road-trains. The new facility provided a safe and efficient workplace by use of designated walkways and one-way traffic throughout the site.
